Diabetes simply explained

When a normal person or a healthy person eats food the rice wheat etc in it get cut in to small pieces and finally to glucose. The glucose then taken by blood. Blood carries glucose to all over body and hand over specific required amounts to each tissue and organ.now we call glucose isin tissue.
So glucose before reaching tisue has to enter blood vessel. Before entering g blood vessel foodhas to be digested in stomach from starch to glucose.
When glucose is in blood we call blood sugar .
Sugar can move from blood to kidney and then to urine if needed.
Blood maintaines a level of sugar to keep it healthy. Less or more amount of sugar in blood affects it's work.
In tissue glucose received from blood is burnt to energy. With energy body do activities. Like walking breathing seeing etc.
A diabetes affected person eats food. Food get digested and glucose enters blood.
Blood carries glucose to all over the body. But not able to transfer to tissues but glucose trapped in blood vessels.
As a reason tissue weakens. Tired Ness and thirsty increases.
In blood glucose amount increases than normal.
More glucose from blood is taken to kidney and released in urine.
Now why blood can not transfer glucpse to tissue ? It needs a key for opening the channels between blood vessel and tissue called insulin.
Insulin is produced in pancreas.
In diabetes insulin related issues arise.
1. Production of insulin absent
2. Produced less insulin than required
3. Insulin is present but body can not recognise it and use it. This may be due to fat deposition around insulin.
Like this many reasons are associated with insulin.
